This hickory log bed is handcrafted and will make a beautiful addition to your rustic bedroom. This heirloom-quality piece of rustic log furniture is available in five sizes, and three different finishes. Hickory is known as a wood with a combination of strenght, toughness, hardness and stiffness making it a wonderful wood to build furniture with. Unlike other rustic log furniture, Hickory furniture which looks more delicate because of the smaller logs, can actually weigh as much as 25% more than Cedar or Pine and be much harder.

Standard features of this hickory bed includes:
* Full length hard wood rails for a strudy construction
* Clear-coat catalyzed lacquer finish for extra durablity
* All Hickory logs are bark on and kiln dried to a specific mositure content
* King and Queen log beds come standard with a T-support
