Rustic vs. Traditional Wood Styles
"Rustic" wood style is when the logs are from either a dead standing tree or a log lying on the ground with the bark on for quite some time, allowing for worm holes, beetle tracking and other rustic characteristics to be added to the log itself. Bits of inner bark (cambium) are also left on the rustic wood style logs.
"Traditional" wood style is made from fresh cut logs which are fully peeled immediately to preserve the natural blonde look. You may choose which wood style fits your decor.
This manufacturer offers a 1 year limited warranty on materials and workmanship on all their log bed kits.
This pine log bed kit generally ships in 2-3 weeks and has free UPS or FedEx delivery to the lower 48 states.
