Our craftsman hand-sand this bed, which is constructed out of sturdy white cedar bed. The corner posts are about 5" in diameter and smooth to the touch. You can leave this bed unfinished, or finish it in the color that best fits your decor.

Your bed will come with the headboard, footboard, sturdy metal frame and decorative half-log siderails to cover the sides of the metal frame.

Assembly is a cinch (click the tab on the right to read all about it), and the manufacturer stands behind this bed with a full one-year warranty.

If you're ordering this bed for a couple of kids, you might get away without the center supports. If the kids, the dog, and the cat like to join you and your sweetheart on lazy mornings, however, supports are a good idea. The manufacturer does recommend supports for the king and queen sized beds. We wish we could include the mattress and box springs along with this bed, but at present it's not an option.
