Viking Northwoods Montana Pine Log Bed
This unique log bed features cut-outs of of pine trees. It is constructed of knotty pine logs, which are hand draw-knifed to give each a uniquely different rustic look. The knotty pine logs have a creamy white color, with occasional very light streaks of reddish and bluish hues running through.
This bed, which is constructed of logs that are approximately 3″ in diameter, features all wood construction with cross running logs to support the box spring and mattress. Some easy assembly is required, in this sturdy and stable piece of furniture which will last for years to come.
Optional drawers (See “Additional Images” thumbnails above) are available and may be added under this or any other of the beds from the North Star line.

This item is heavy. As with most of our log furniture, this item has free curbside delivery to 48 states, however freight truck drivers are not required to assist in unloading or bring the item into your house. If you do not have assistance to unload this item from the truck, the optional liftgate (an elevator on the back of the truck) service is recommended. One charge per order. “This bed came pretty much put together with a natural finish.
I just had to put together the basic components. It should be noted that the pine logs will come with splits and cracks – that is the style. After we put the bed together we did not notice them and/or they became part of the rustic look. There are two ways to put the bed together: 1) the normal way which means you will want to get a boxspring or 2) switch the rails, but if you do this(like I did) you will need to add length to support the middle rail that runs parallel to the side rails. If this review let me, I’d include a picture.”
