Select from one of two wood styles: a ‘clean’ wood finish, or for a look with more natural character, the ‘rustic’ finish as shown in this photo. You can keep this log lounge chair unfinished or add a clear lacquer for extra protection.

While conventional rustic log furniture often features pristine wood surfaces, graceful lines, and delicate legs, Twist of Nature creates log designs that boast the uniqueness of knots, grain irregularities, powerful log lines, and the overall character of the log. The Norway Pine logs are local or trucked in from northern Minnesota. The workshop is located in Princeton, Minnesota, where each log is hand and water-peeled, hand-sanded, dried, and turned into a custom creation for our customers to use in their homes and cabins. It’s the details that matter, right down to each pick, split, or miter.
