If you are looking for an elegant, yet truly classic aspen log bed, look no farther than the Summit Peak style. The knots and character in the aspen logs used in this bed make every piece unique. This design features horizontal logs in both the headboard and footboard, providing character and a conventional log bed look at the same time.

This fine aspen log bed is constructed using mortise and tenon joinery. Construction adhesive is also added to each joint to make it extra strong. The wood is sanded, and two coats of clear lacquer finish are applied by our craftsmen. The headboard and footboard come fully assembled, making it easy for you to put the bed together. All you need is a 2" wrench. This bed comes fully finished with a beautiful laquer finish. High Posts: Increases the bed post height considerably, similar to what you see on the pictured canopy bed (without the top supports).
