- Corner posts, drawer handles, tops and drawer fronts are all hand draw-knifed
- Drawers are dovetailed construction and the smaller drawers are lined with felt
- Drawer slides are side-mounted roller-bearing glides, epoxy coated
- All the joints are glued and screwed together using cabinetry construction
- Top of the log jewely chest has a mounted mirror inside
- Doors are felt lined with hooks for hanging necklaces
