Made with the same high quality aspen used in the Silver Creek Line, these Summit Peak chests provides a very similar rustic feel at a moderate price. Euro-glide gives each drawer smooth movement, yet sturdy durability. Complete with half-log handles and a rustic birch top (to prevent splitting), these chests are the perfect addition to any bedroom lookng for a more rustic furniture feel.
To keep the natural look of the wood, a low sheen catalyzed lacquer finish is used or choose the Honey-Glaze finish. See “Additional Images” tab for example photos of Aspen furniture with the Honey Glaze finish, half-log fronts, and “extra gnarly” character.

Each piece of rustic log furniture in the Silver Creek line has fully captured drawer bottoms, English dove tail front and back drawers and full extension ball bearing glides that are rated to 100 lbs per drawer. Another distinctive feature of the Silver Creek line is the facing of the drawer front which matches the contour of the side logs.
